Please make sure all information is current in your profile, there is mandatory information needed to ensure proper reporting, thus we do not allow our users to move on until completed.

I am not receiving the reset password link:

Please check spam folder for this reset link. The sender will be Dannemiller.

I am unable to get past entering my information( I keep having to enter in my Information):

This application works best with more current browsers ( Chrome, Fire Fox, Edge), for those using internet explorer or Safari the clearing of browsing data will fix this issue most times.

My account is expired when it should not be:

Please send a comment to IT in the contact us section, and the account will be unlocked within 24 hrs or the request

When will my credits post to the AANA:

Providing that all user data is correct, the report is posted the first working week of the month, but can take some time, so all reports will be entered in no later than the 15th of the month.

My evaluations automatically closed:

Please submit a request including the name and number of activities needing to be reset. These requests will be handled within 24 hrs.
